A summer of hard graft for EPIC

Keen to set an example and raise money for charities close to members of the EPIC team we got involved in some physical exertion this summer with the return of the Business Fives and Banchory Beast Race!

Unfortunately, at the Business Fives they couldn’t repeat last year’s medal success but almost certainly picked up a couple of sprained ankles.

The Banchory Beast also proved a stern test with a 10km circuit broken up with muddy, wet obstacles and a loch to contend with. There were a few sore muscles on the Monday morning after, but it was a fun day out and raising money for some great charities was well worth the pain!
