EPICs Hotel Management module allows you to assign cabins and ensure day/night shift personnel are correctly assigned. Male/female crew and guests are never assigned the same cabin at the same time. Plus ensure that those all-important lifeboat seats are always available to those who need them. The system can generate service reports so that your stewards know which cabins require new bedding on arrival/departure days. Plus, it will even handle the printing of door cards which can be displayed on each cabin door.
Our in depth reporting functions also allow you to see full bed occupancy over the stay of your project, which in turn can be used for invoicing to your clients.
