Every active subscription of the Smart-Trac system comes with a full 24/7 support package. This includes a full technical and user support infrastructure. 

Also included in every subscription is user training, to ensure your system administrators and emergency muster controllers are given our first class knowledge of the Smart-Trac system.

Downloads Area

Our online downloads area contains useful datasheets, manuals and certificates for all our hardware such as:

  • Equipment Specification Sheets
  • Generic Installation / User Manuals
  • Maintenance Guides
  • ATEX / IECEx Certificates

To access this area you will require an active Smart-Trac subscription and request access from our support team. We will then create and activate your online account, this will then grant access to our Downloads Area.
